Po-Yu Lin
Po-Yu Lin is a Master’s student in the Biomedical Informatics program at NYU Grossman School of Medicine. He earned his Medical Doctor degree from National Cheng Kung University. He completed his neurology residency training and served as an attending physician in the Department of Neurology and Department of Genomic Medicine at National Cheng Kung University Hospital. Po-Yu’s clinical and research interests focus on variant pathogenicity interpretation and clinical decision support. He joined the Brandes Lab with a particular passion for the interpretability of genomic language models and their integration into clinical practice.
